Some Of What You Will Do
Receives stores and distributes product and equipment within the warehouse. Complete all paperwork as required. Provides work direction, coaching and training to Warehouse Associates

Specifically, You Will
- Provides direction to Warehouse Operations personnel on specific objectives and measures day-to-day goals and results
- Participate in different projects
- Provides work direction to Warehouse Operations personnel to ensure all employees are properly trained and competent to perform their duties so the department can run smoothly
- Adheres to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties
- Learns, understands and complies with all company policies
- Order management (picking)
- Quality management
- Initiates personnel action and is able to provide clear, effective, timely and constructive feedback to employees, peers and management.
- Receives and stocks product from manufacturers and wholesalers. Moves product around warehouse, operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Equipment that may be utilized include forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
- Ensure that all warehouse department supply requirements (uniforms, shipping supplies, etc.) are tracked and met
- Pick-to-voice system management
- Prepares and generate daily operation reports (DOR) for management
- Responsible for training, hiring, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating warehouse personnel
Some Of What You Need
- High school diploma or Bachelor degree
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker
- Experience in a unionized environment
- Bilingual (French, English)
- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience required
