Randstad Canada is looking for a Warehouse Team Coordinator for a warehouse located in Mont Royal. This person will be present on the floor with the employees. He/she will supervise, manage production and support employees. Versatility is therefore a highly important quality.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 3pm to 11:30pm
Salary $26/hr
2 paid 15-minute breaks
30-minute unpaid lunch break

• Please note that training will take place at the LAVAL warehouse during the DAY, but that starting August 7, the job will be at the MONT ROYAL warehouse during the EVENING

Responsibilities
The Warehouse Team Coordinator will, among other things:

• Ensure flawless merchandise quality control
• Plan the day's schedule
• Ensure that incoming and outgoing products are in good condition
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety
• Ensure production deadlines are met
• Adopt a positive and motivating attitude
• Ensure employees understand their tasks

Qualifications
Skills expected of an excellent warehouse team coordinator :

• Able to handle pressure
• Warehouse or industrial experience
• Detail-oriented
• Own a car to travel between warehouses
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull
• Ability to manage a work team
• Ability to spend shift standing or walking
• BILINGUAL ENGLISH-FRENCH OBLIGATORY
• Manage priorities
