Warehouse Team Trainer Jobs

Our company in the Côte de Liesse area is looking for a patient BILINGUAL Trainer, fluent in both English and French, good at teaching and communicating, organized and meticulous.

Randstad Canada is looking for a Bilingual Trainer for a warehouse located in the Côte de Liesse sector and for daytime hours.
Schedule

• Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Salary: 22.50$/h
2 paid 15-minute breaks
30-minute unpaid lunch break

Responsibilities
The Bilingual Trainer will :

• Train employees according to their assigned position
• Monitor employees' work
• Ensure employees have a good understanding of their tasks
• Help employees achieve their objectives

Qualifications
Skills expected of an excellent bilingual Trainer:

• Dedicated to achieving daily objectives
• Able to express themselves clearly in both French and English
• Demonstrate good organizational skills
• Demonstrate exceptional patience
• Able to walk with loads
• Able to handle pressure
• Able to stand during the shift
