Job Description

As a Regional Partner at Shark and Hawk Tech, you will play a key role in our expansion efforts in the Canada. You will oversee and manage our operations, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. Your strategic vision and leadership will contribute to the success of our company in the Canadian market.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our business presence in the Canada.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs for team members.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, industry professionals, and government agencies.
  • Represent Shark and Hawk Tech at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient execution of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition and partnership collaborations.


Requirements:


  • Familiarity with the Canada market and understanding of its business landscape.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


You will act as one of our partners for Canada. You will receive profits from our Canada-based clients.
