Regional Sales Partner (Canada)

Alert: You will act as one of our partners for Canada. You will receive profits from our Canada-based clients. There is no base salary or sign-on bonus, however, you will receive a commission for every acquired project in the Canada region which can get very high depending on the acquisition.

As a Regional Partner at Shark and Hawk Tech, you will play a key role in our expansion efforts in the Canada. You will oversee and manage our operations, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. Your strategic vision and leadership will contribute to the success of our company in the Canadian market.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, industry professionals, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Represent Shark and Hawk Tech at conferences and shows at your convenience.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our business presence in the Canada.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition and partnership collaborations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Canada market and understanding of its business landscape.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
