Regional Training Partner Manager Jobs

Provides support to the Regional Operations Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products in their territory

Provides educational support, training and certification to 1099 contract instructors in their territory

Proven experience utilizing dental imaging equipment with an active X-ray certification in Dentistry

Contributes to the development of training curriculum in collaboration with Regional Operations Managers

Attend tradeshow and educational events in their territory for clinical representation and assistance

Obtain certification on supported products and recertification as necessary

Experience in partner marketing, regional marketing, event management, or sales

You love data and will support the analysis and reporting of the programs and campaign goals.

You run and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, with various teams while making sure they’re all on time and on budget.

You will provide administrative support by opening POs, supervising the budget and running MDF reimbursements.

Help drive demand creation and lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and creating brand awareness activities

Give ideas and feedback for new content creation with a distributed team

Minimum 1-month management of Tim Hortons Restaurant experience (training provided upon hire)

Time management skills and ability to schedule, organize and execute on all logistics of event management

Inventory management, production, Guest service, equipment, P&L management (F&P, labour, opex), management routines, Team training

Develop and manage relationships with Restaurant teams and owners

Work independently to manage schedule to meet KPIs

3+ years of Restaurant and Franchisee operations experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the software or technology industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our business presence in the Canada.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition and partnership collaborations.

Build relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, industry professionals, and government agencies.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the software or technology industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
