The Past, Present & Future


In 2013, Uberall was born out of the vision by longtime friends and business partners David Federhen and Florian Hübner. They wanted to bridge the online and offline world more effectively, so companies could generate new customers, build customer relationships and increase their sales. They created a platform that would connect companies with local customers through search and discovery, engagement and conversion.


In July 2021 we acquired one of the most successful location marketing platforms in the US, MomentFeed, and raised a series C funding round of $115m. About the role:


As a crucial member of the Uberall People and Culture team, you will drive our People First strategy and make a direct impact on evolving our amazing company culture.


You will partner closely with our CTO to ensure a great experience for our Engineering and Product Teams as well as with our CFO to do the same for our Finance and Operations organization.


You will also spearhead our talent and leadership development efforts across the company, ensuring we provide the right type of support to our leaders to continuously grow and develop and enable them to provide a fantastic experience with rewarding careers to all Uberallers.


You will be part of the Global People & Culture leadership team and be reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.


What awaits you:


  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions.
  • Deliver these programs to your stakeholders yourself, or enable other team members to facilitate
  • Analyze the leadership development needs of the organization and translate those into strategy, programs, materials, and tools
  • Define, plan, and implement a full range of people initiatives that are directly aligned with business and people strategy
  • Measure progress in leadership maturity and continuously drive the learning curve
  • As HR Business Partner you will:
  • As Head of Leadership Development you will:
  • Collaborate with other people-centered teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, L&D, Culture, etc.) to keep shaping powerful moments along the employee journey
  • Define, develop, and implement Uberall’s talent management strategy and key initiatives from the ground up
  • Continuously assess the quality of the people's experience and provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide people solutions that make teams more effective
  • Partner at a company and team level through direct, compassionate, and contextualized coaching, and be a trusted advisor to leaders and managers so they can enable their teams to do the best work of their lives every single day


You’d be a great fit if you are/ have:


  • You have experience working with engineering/ tech teams in a diverse, global environment
  • Coach & people developer - You are a certified coach and have profound experience in designing and facilitating leadership development programs. You know how to track the success and impact of your leadership development activities to demonstrate the impact of your initiatives
  • Global player - You have a track record (at least 8+ years post-graduate) in a strategic HR business partnering role within a mature, fast-paced organization and demonstrate experience in all modern HR competencies (ie. org design, coaching, recognition programs, talent management, communications, L&D, or change management)
  • Ideally, you have worked both in large corporations as well as in start-up/scale-up environments
  • You connect your work and contributions to align with and influence business strategies and objectives
  • You demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, and the ability to coach, influence, and partner with various types of personalities and levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - You are autonomous in organizing and structuring your work, you have excellent prioritization skills, and good project management abilities and you know how to keep multiple balls in the air
  • You are a catalyst for change, using influence and judgment to drive team engagement and business results.
  • Business partner - You are an enthusiastic business partner, self-motivated go-getter, proactive problem-solver, continuous learner, and excellent people connector who is not afraid to work both strategically and hands-on as required
  • You are used to making decisions based on facts and data, and the proven ability to organize and analyze data and turn insights into actionable solutions
  • You have profound experience supporting HR processes either across North America and/or in European markets as well, or have a strong track record of learning the ropes of new legislation quickly
