This includes developing and executing HR initiatives that support the organization’s strategic goals, as well as providing guidance and support to the organization’s leadership team. The Senior HR Business Partner is also responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.What is Senior Hr Business Partner Skills Required?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR)

• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of performance management and compensation and benefits

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Experience in managing the day-to-day HR operations
