Position Scope:


Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field HR Business Partner to join their HR team. The Field HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s growth, fostering a positive work culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives. The position is responsible for providing HR guidance and support to the field operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values.


Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for the field operations while driving HR initiatives and establishing policies aligned with company goals and values.

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with field managers and leaders to understand their business objectives and align HR strategies to support these goals.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee relations matters promptly and effectively, providing guidance conflict resolution, and coaching to field teams.

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for field positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates.

Performance Management

  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of field employees.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies across field locations.

Change Management

  • Assist in driving organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication.

Employee Engagement

  • Promote a positive work culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.

HR Metrics

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using data to make informed decisions.

Field Support

  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to field managers, including workforce planning and organizational design.

Conflict Resolution

  • Mediate and resolve conflicts within field teams while maintaining a fair and equitable approach.


Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Highly organized and efficient in time management, effectively balancing travel commitments with delivery of results.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for creating and managing documents and presentations.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, yet maintain a positive team-oriented approach. Adept at collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Skilled at multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and making well-informed decisions based on priorities and potential risks.
  • Demonstrates the ability to think strategically, connect various aspects of a project, and consistently deliver outstanding results.
  • Proficient in creating comprehensive business cases, impactful presentations, and meticulously crafted materials that convey information accurately and effectively.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in interpersonal communication, with a natural ability to establish trust and build strong relationships quickly. Effective at conveying information and ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Represents the HR function with professionalism and expertise, exhibiting a high level of influence and persuasion in interactions.

Education and Experience:

  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations and business partnership.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Experience in a field HR role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
