Our Manufacturing client is seeking an interim HR Director role for 3-6 months. In this role, you will be reporting to the Regional HR Director and visit the various plants located in the GTA/GTHA/NorthernGTA on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. Working with the Plant Managers, you will act as an HR business partner and assist/advise with all HR related questions, including but not limited to: basic compensation, 2nd level escalation, grievances and general stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Change Management experience an asset
• HR Designation and/or HR governance
• Proficient use of Workday ERP or any large HRIS system
• Manufacturing experience is an asset
• Proven experience with stakeholder management/HR governance
• Must have a car and be able to travel
• 5-7 years experience in a similar HR Management/People Management role
• Operational mindset; executing day-to-day tasks and meeting deadlines
