Biosolver.io is a Toronto-based startup on a mission to build a global platform for remote freelancing work dedicated to Biotech and Pharma sector. We are developing a unique platform where Solvers (freelancers) and Seekers (clients) connect seamlessly. Our approach lies in saving time and improving efficiency for both parties.

No matter your current role - be it a research scientist, technical consultant, clinical trial coordinator, technical writer, or even an enthusiastic student - if you have the skills, the passion, and the drive to support Biotech/Pharma companies via remote, project-based freelancing, we at Bio-Solver heartily welcome you.

We verify Solvers' (freelancers) credentials and assess their top hard and soft skills, using information such as published papers, patents, client testimonials, and more. With standardized tests, demo projects, and interviews, we calculate skill scores. Our database stores this comprehensive profile, helping us match Solvers to projects accurately using a skill-match algorithm.

As a Seeker (client) posts a project, we use AI technology to identify the required hard and soft skills and find the best-matching Solvers based on client parameters such as hourly rate range, geolocation, and experience levels. This process eliminates the need for Solvers to apply to multiple projects and saves Seekers the time spent on screening underqualified candidates.

Job Overview:

As a Referral Partner, your role is to utilize your professional network within the biotech industry to help us onboard more Seekers. This role is commission-based, following the rules of our referral program.

Qualification:

Essential Qualifications:

·Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the biotech and pharma industry.

·Networking Skills: Extensive connections in the biotech and pharma industry.

·Communication: Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

Additional Qualifications:

·Sales Experience: Any previous experience in sales might be useful.

·Motivated & Driven: Self-starter attitude with a results-oriented approach.

·Trustworthy: High ethical standards and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

·Introduce Biosolver.io to potential clients (Seekers) within the Biotech/Pharma industry as a warm introduction.

·Help us reach out to more Biotech startups through email and social media campaigns.

·Help us to connect with leaders in the Biotech field (through personal networks or web platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter) who can help us to grow.

Benefits:

Please note, currently this role does not provide a base salary; earnings are based on the commissions from projects posted on Bio-Solver.com.

Ways to earn commissions:

·Earn 25% of our commission from clients you introduce, valid for two years from your sign-up date.

·Earn an additional 5% of our commission from clients introduced by people you referred, valid for two years from your sign-up date.

·As a Solver, if you bring your own clients, we'll highlight your profile and waive our commission for all your projects, indefinitely. You'll also receive 25% of our commission from any projects your clients undertake with other Solvers.
