Defendant Rta Paralegal - Retrain Opportunity - Remote Working

Fantastic opportunity for progression at this Legal 500 listed and Top 100 firm, with offices based across the UK. You will need to have gained at least 1 years' experience of dealing with RTA, Personal Injury or Credit Hire. The role is to manage your own caseload of defendant Pre-Litigated RTA matters and to deal with issues such a liability disputes, motor damage and dealing with both MOJ Portal & Non MOJ claims. The job role will require to deal with tasks such as value claims, evaluate medical evidence and formulate special damages claims as well as preparing disclosure lists, collating documents, interviewing witnesses and instructing medico-legal experts. There is also scope to be re-trained into counter fraud and work on complex fraudulent matters.You will be dealing with fast track matters and so prior exposure to fast track is desired however is not essential, those with small track experience will also be considered. Progression opportunities will be available to those that hit targets and work well as part of the department. Training to deal with Litigated files will also be provided once you are comfortable and settled within the position.Salary £18,000 - £25,000 with a signing on bonus and fantastic benefits as well as remote working for 4 days per week, flexi-time, pension plan and much more!
