Responsibilities

Timely Collections - As an Account Receivable Clerk, one of your primary responsibilities is to ensure timely collections. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, implement effective collection strategies, and maintain a proactive approach in resolving any billing disputes. Consistently monitoring and tracking accounts receivable balances will help maintain healthy cash flow for the organization.

Tip: Effective Communication - In the role of an Account collection Agent, clear and concise communication is crucial. Ensure you can communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Be proactive in addressing inquiries, clarifying billing information, and providing updates on outstanding payments.

Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required. Additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
