What you do :

• Be our customers’ primary point of contact on all contact channels;
• Be an ambassador for the Reitmans (Canada) Ltd group and represent the company culture and values of Respect, Integrity, Growth and Commitment in a positive manner.
• Document detailed and accurate customer interactions;
• Acts as a liaison between the customers and our internal departments by ensuring resolution of all issues;
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as handle average times, quality of cases, tele-service, and first call resolution;
• Deliver exceptional and memorable experience while building, cultivating relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty;
• Maintain an expert knowledge of our order management journey, our merchandise trends, our customer marketing programs as well as our policies and procedures;

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Bilingualism is required (English and French - oral and written to answer to our clients across Canada);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
• Schedule on rotation (including evening and weekend shifts).
• Excellent customer service skills, good decision making and ability to meet deadlines;
• Experience in a call center or retail store (an asset);
• One (1) year experience in customer service;
• College diploma in Administration (or equivalent);
