Bilingual Customer Service Agent Jobs

Demonstrated front line customer service experience (for a minimum of 12 months) in finance or mortgage industry

Recognize appropriate retention triggers for renewal and refinance opportunities.

Knowledge of commercial and residential lending products, related legal terminology and provincial and federal legislations

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – written and oral

Strong active listening skills with the ability to engage with the customer

Previous experience with Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) product

Have worked in customer service, sales, or call centers before; or have translatable experience from other industries

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our service and its benefits. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Inbound Request Management: Effectively handle all incoming requests via phone or social media/email/google.

Qualification and Consultation: Engage with potential customers to identify their needs, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.

Customer Nurturing: Track and manage patient profiles in customer relationship management system, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation of interaction activities.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and technical experts to provide seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

Previous experience with phone based sales including customer service or sales roles, preferably in the medical or diagnostic imaging field.

Have worked in customer service, sales, or call centers before; or have translatable experience from other industries

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written fluency. French and/or Spanish is an asset.

Students/Graduates of the RPA/RPAA and Professional Mortgage courses programs are highly desired.

Must be available to work a variety of shifts between 8am–9pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekends (Saturday 12pm-4pm).
