We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to help patients make an informed decision on their health. Your duties will be to manage all inbound requests. You’ll be helping patients put their health first.
Responsibilities
  • Inbound Request Management: Effectively handle all incoming requests via phone or social media/email/google.
  • Qualification and Consultation: Engage with potential customers to identify their needs, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our service and its benefits. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and technical experts to provide seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Nurturing: Track and manage patient profiles in customer relationship management system, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation of interaction activities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Previous experience with phone based sales including customer service or sales roles, preferably in the medical or diagnostic imaging field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset.
  • A passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to improving patient outcomes through advanced technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
