Customer Service Agent (Overnight/Weekend)

AffinityClick is the makers of Hushed, a leading Top grossing app in both the App store and Google Play. Hushed is on a mission to build the goto app for anonymous, private communication.
In today’s mobile communication apps privacy is either not available (Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Line etc.) or the implementation is too hard to understand for everyday people (LinPhone, Jitsi etc.). We strongly believe that everybody has a right to privacy and that privacy should be easy!

We are looking for a candidate to join our team and help us manage our customer relationships in a part-time customer service role. The successful candidate will work with our support requests via an online support portal, email and in some cases customer phone calls. You will be a part of a fast paced mobile communications company.
Qualifications

• Sales and service oriented with a demonstrated ability to proactively listen, identify sales opportunities and solve problems
• Must be able to type and send emails proficiently
• Solid multitasking skills
• Team player
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Passion for helping customers and provide stellar customer service
• Interest in working Overnight and/or Weekend shifts.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use social media such as twitter, facebook and zendesk to support customers.
• We are currently looking for a candidate who is in the Ottawa Area as in-person meetings will occasionally be required.
