Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities.


Focus on collection and cleanup of AFDA (allowance for cleanup doubtful accounts) as well as invoices that have been previously written off.

This will involve contacting customers, reconciliation of accounts to determine possibly misapplied previous payments.

Work with internal team collecting previous correspondence with customers.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision.


Must Have-


2-3yrs of Customer Service Experience.

Account Reconciliation experience.

Accounting Experience
