WHO ARE YOU?

● A high energy individual with the tendency to fall into leadership positions or roles.

● Have basic maintenance skills and expertise in pool systems, maintenance, and repair.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Completing pool services for customers on their pools, hot tubs, or other water features

● Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks

● Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

● Representing Puddle Pool Services in the local community and networking with potential customers

as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

● 2+ years of labor or customer service experience

● Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the pool services industry

● Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems

● Friendly personality and committed to great customer service

● A strong work ethic and highly dependable

● Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools

● Driver's license is required

Technician Responsibilities

● Completing jobs for customers using all of our equipment

● Organizing and managing equipment

● Cleaning the interior and exterior of the van

● Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

● Invoicing and payment completion for every job

● Selling further services to customers

● Owning marketing around each job site

● Driving the van to and from each job

● Planning and managing the job site

Compensation

Hourly: $25 - $30 /hour (region dependant)
