Deliver exceptional and memorable experience while building, cultivating relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty;

One (1) year experience in customer service;

Experience in a call center or retail store (an asset);

Excellent customer service skills, good decision making and ability to meet deadlines;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;

3 years of experience in customer service and data entry in an environment related to the distribution of finished products.

Attention to detail and time management.

DES (High School Diploma) or equivalent customer service experience.
