REQUIRED: Sabre ticketing experience in the travel industry

Strong communication skills, both written or verbal

Strong level of customer empathy and problem-solving skills

Engage customers with rebooking their travel accommodations and ensure that tickets are accurately and proactively changed and/or issued.

Resolve complex situations for passengers, communicate with airlines and identify best resolution for business and passenger.

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role:

Resolve requests from Finance to interface bookings

Work closely with Finance team to resolve invoicing issues

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

Sabre/Ticketing experience (within the airline industry): 0 - 2 years (Required)

Travel Industry Experience: 0 - 2 years (Desired)
