BMO is currently sourcing for a Customer Service Agent position on a 3 Months contract.
The Customer Service Agent will investigate and resolve technical issues with travel reservations, provide travel industry expertise and options, and assist with involuntary changes to travel reservations.
Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Resolve requests from Finance to interface bookings
- Work closely with Finance team to resolve invoicing issues
- Provide travel industry expertise and options to accommodate collectors with involuntary changes to their travel reservations
- Resolve complex situations on passenger files
- Issue Corporate tickets, Flexfly, etc.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with travel reservations
- Coordinate with and provide support to Reservation change agents
- Ensure travel reservations are interfaced with back-office systems
- Resolve failed or rejected files from ticketing robotic
- Work with travel suppliers to accommodate requests
- Communicate with passengers and rebook flights in case of schedule changes
- Collaborate with Skylink agents and Customer Care leadership team.
- Create new PNRS when needed
- Issue tickets for voluntary schedule changes
Qualifications
Sabre/Ticketing experience (within the airline industry): 0 - 2 years (Required)
Someone who is extremely customer-focused: 0 - 2 years (Required)
Travel GDS platforms: 0 - 1 years (Desired)
Travel Industry Experience: 0 - 2 years (Desired)
