Job Description

Join one of Swoon's top banking clients as a Customer Service Agent - Sabre.


This is a 3-month contract to start, with potential to extend or convert to full-time and is 100% REMOTE.


What You'll Do:

In this role, you will investigate issues with travel reservations and ensure they are resolved and escalated as needed.


  • Engage customers with rebooking their travel accommodations and ensure that tickets are accurately and proactively changed and/or issued.
  • Work closely with Finance team to resolve invoicing issues as well as airline partners.
  • Resolve complex situations for passengers, communicate with airlines and identify best resolution for business and passenger.
  • Ensure that escalations are resolved promptly, including customers that need tickets, name corrections, and more.


Must Have Skills:

  • REQUIRED: Sabre ticketing experience in the travel industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong level of customer empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written or verbal
