Our client, a company that provides hospitality services to the airline industry, is looking for candidates to join their team. In this role, you will work onsite processing hotel and ground transportation, answering questions, resolving customer complaints, and negotiating with vendors to ensure the best solution for both parties. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience providing courteous customer service in a fast-paced environment. You have great listening skills and understand the importance of delivering top service to your clients. This position is fully onsite in their Brampton, Ontario location; you must be available to work weekends and holidays as operations run 24/7.
- Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday, 5pm - 1am.
- Paid training in Melville, NY for up to 4 weeks.
- Pay: $21 USD
Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best outcome for the client and company.
- Research and present solutions to satisfy client needs based on facts.
- Resolve client disagreements in a calm and professional manner.
- Alert supervisor on all items of critical nature that require management involvement to solve and/or avoid potential challenges that may impact either the client or company adversely.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of work methods and systems to provide high level customer service.
- Serve as on-site liaison with the airline partner, providing support, guidance, and training.
- Follow-up on all client requests and transactions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Effectively use phone, email, fax, and Reservation Systems to track and provide solutions.
- Achieve and maintain passing score on initial and ongoing training.
- Process client requests received through system.
- Adapt to needs arising from the changing dynamics of schedules and unforeseen situations.
Qualifications:
- Prior Customer Service experience in fast paced client facing role.
- Candidates must be a Canadian National to apply for this position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible work schedule including availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience out of hotels or airline industry.
- Able to work overtime if needed.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills with professional telephone etiquette.
- Available to work extended hours and serve “On Call” as needed.
- Excellent computer skills.
