Job Overview:
Frythub is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Consultant.
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be an integral part of our mission to make the international vehicle procurement and shipping process seamless and stress-free for our valued customers.
You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by providing top-notch support and assistance throughout the end-to-end cross-border auto sourcing, shipping, and destination clearing services we offer.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance throughout their vehicle procurement and shipping journey.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Frythub's services, processes, and platform to effectively educate and assist customers with their specific needs and requirements.
- Order Management: Coordinate with internal teams and international partners to facilitate smooth order processing, ensuring timely sourcing, shipping, and destination clearing of vehicles.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address any potential logistics or cross-border challenges, working closely with relevant stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions.
- Documentation Support: Assist customers in completing necessary documentation for vehicle sourcing, shipping, and customs clearance, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the company, relaying customer feedback and suggestions to relevant departments for continuous improvement of our services.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and track customer interactions to maintain service quality and adherence to company standards, identifying areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including Sales, Operations, and Logistics, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on industry trends, international regulations, and best practices related to cross-border auto sourcing and shipping to enhance expertise and provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or international trade industry, would be advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with digital platforms, CRM systems, and various communication tools to manage customer interactions.
Cultural Awareness: Knowledge and appreciation of diverse cultures and international business practices to interact effectively with customers from different backgrounds.
Languages: Proficiency in multiple languages would be an advantage, especially those spoken in the supported destination countries.
Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work occasional weekends or non-traditional hours to accommodate international time zones.
