Job Description

It’s an exciting time here at Nétive as we continue to grow and thrive in the UK!


As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Implementation/Customer Success Consultant to be a driving force in unlocking the full potential of our VMS (Vendor Management System) for our customers and manage the successful implementations of our cutting-edge VMS across a wide array of organisations. No two days will be the same, and you will have the freedom to use your management, consultancy, commercial and communication skills at various levels.

This role is predominantly home-based, working within a small, tight-knit but growing team within the UK. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel to our offices in the UK and Netherlands. Caught your attention? Keep reading!


What will you do?

Your responsibilities in this role will include the successful implementation of our VMS:

  • Using your commercial feelers so you see opportunities and create possibilities to expand the use of the VMS,
  • Be a driving force in unlocking the full potential of our VMS (Vendor Management System) for our customers,
  • Managing and safeguarding knowledge.
  • Keeping the communication process going and proactively keeping all stakeholders connected to the process and planning,
  • Manage the successful implementations of our cutting-edge VMS across a wide array of organisations,
  • Be innovative and implement your own ideas and areas for improvement,
  • Customer satisfaction, going for a 7 or higher on customer evaluations,

This is a versatile position in which you can take full responsibility for ‘your own’ implementations and enjoy working with various colleagues and customer relations.

Your offer

  • You are aware of customer and market developments,
  • You are a communicative person with knowledge of the Staffing & Recruiting market and its laws and regulations,
  • Knowledge of the scope and functionality of Nétive or another VMS and Salesforce is a distinct advantage,
  • Project management knowledge in accordance with the Prince II methodology,
  • You have excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written),
  • You are a self-starter with a feel for great customer service,
  • You are pragmatic, eager to learn and flexible,
  • You make a positive contribution to the team and the culture of Nétive.
