We're looking for someone to join our small team as a Customer Advocate. As a member of the team, you will interact with customers on a daily basis, helping to answer questions and providing solutions for their needs. You will identify recurring customer issues and partner closely with internal teams to provide a positive experience. Most importantly, you'll play a critical part in developing and maintaining the customer experience throughout the process and beyond!
Let’s Talk About The Role
  • Communicate with legal on prescription requirements (as needed).
  • Make outbound calls to doctors’ offices and take inbound calls.
  • Review documents and prescriptions for accuracy.
  • Process prescriptions for all sales orders.
  • Process return requests and work with internal team on obtaining RMA.
  • Update records in CRM tool.
  • Update accounts in CRM tool/billing systems.
  • Investigate overdue/failed payments.
  • Review and attach cases/emails to leads with attachments.
  • Make outbound calls to leads to ensure documents are signed and on file.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to confirm timely deliveries.

  • Previous customer service/sales experience
  • Hands on experience with CRM software
  • Minimum High School Diploma
