The Role
We are seeking a talented individual to help ensure the success of our customers. You will work closely with the rest of the customer success, sales, and operations teams to create customer orders, help manage customers, update customer records in our application and create reports. This is an entry-level position that can grow with our company into a full Customer Success Manager role.
Key Accountabilities
- Uploading data during the new customer onboarding process and make changes to our system during the customer journey
- Create and update reports for the customer success and sales teams.
- Sales order processing, and servicing inbound calls from customers regarding order status, RMA, etc
- Helping the Customer Success Director with account management duties and tasks
- Scheduling customer installations, and working with the install partner (along with sales) to ensure we are delivering what we promised and when we promised it
- Interface with operations for inventory requirements, expedites, forecasts, RMA's, etc.
Desired Attributes and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role or recent university
graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability managing customer interactions and experience to positive business outcomes
- Capable of working in a high-pressure environment with a strong sense of urgency, and
- Detail-oriented, engaging self-starter with the ability to hustle
effectively meet required deadlines and priorities
- Knowledge and experience with hardware, AI, and IoT devices an asset
- This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in our Waterloo office.
