Job Description

Dogs Naturally Magazine is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic people who can make our customers SMILE.


Your cheerful demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile will help us deliver high value to our customers and prospective customers.


Your Customer Service duties, should you accept them, include:

  • Make modifications to their accounts and purchases in our CMS
  • Help our customers with any questions or issues
  • Answer customer phone calls, emails, instant chats, social media queries and keep the conversation friendly, but focused and on-track
  • Some administrative duties


Skills and Requirements:

  • Takes personal pride in fast, efficient customer care
  • Experience with email ticketing systems, such as Gorgias
  • Comfortable working on a computer (Mac)
  • Have a synergistic approach to team
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify
  • The ability to make every customer feel valued
  • Comfortable providing phone support
  • The ability to track commonly asked questions and help create a knowledge base
  • A bright, upbeat personality
  • 3 years experience in customer service
  • Extremely organized
  • Ability to prioritize incoming tickets quickly and efficiently
  • Proven track record with solid response time and customer satisfaction rating
