Job Description

This is an entry-level position. Perfect for a new graduate looking to break into real estate/Proptech.

Under an overall supervision of the Senior Success Manager and the direct supervision of the Success Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:


  • Traveling and attending meetings, as assigned
  • Drafting correspondence and documents including taking meeting notes, drafting administrative reports, drafting minutes, meeting reports and replies for routine correspondence.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned by Management.
  • Performing general office support services for the project(s), including a variety of clerical duties such as meeting, seminar and event organization, travel arrangements, reservations, and supplier and liability release forms and preparing and/or processing administrative requests/documents
  • Maintaining a library and creating new video tutorials for customers
  • Monitor and triage client issues reported via various channels including phone, email, and live chat. This will include time after regular business hours.
  • Collect, save, and optimize project assets using a variety of tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Maintaining and prepping files (both paper and electronic) and databases, updating and maintaining distribution lists, maintaining proper records of project-related activities and correspondence.
  • Ensure that assets are presented in the best way possible within our platform.
  • Assisting in administrative aspects of the project implementation and reporting by making logistical arrangements, monitoring the project budget expenditure, and following up with timely and accurate correspondence with stakeholders

Necessary Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in English, including excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Computer Science or Graphic Design preferred but not required.
  • Video editing experience is preferred but not required
  • A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience working in clerical or administrative positions or tech savvy.
  • At least intermediate level with Adobe Creative Cloud, with strengths in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Interpersonal skills for both internal and external communication.
  • Demonstrated organization and administration skills.
  • Microsoft applications with strengths in using Excel for CSV preparation.
