Customer Support Coach, Trainerize

As a Customer Support Coach, you will be the first line of response to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that they and their clients have a world-class experience with Trainerize, our fitness-focused SaaS platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Mastering Trainerize: You'll become an expert on our platform and have opportunities to share your knowledge with the team.
• Customer Support: You'll respond to customer inquiries using our playbooks and help them solve challenges related to our platform.
• Trial Support: You'll help customers navigate our free trial and coach them on how Trainerize can benefit their business.
• Customer Feedback: You'll be the voice of the customer, escalating issues and feature requests to our product and development teams.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Love problem-solving
• Enjoys supporting business owners be successful
• Comfortable with technology
• Organized
• Self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Able to multitask with ease
• Excellent communication skills

• Fitness-related background
• Experience with ZenDesk, Hubspot, and Slack
