Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QSR Operations Manager/ Business Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving sales and profitability in the QSR industry, as well as strong coaching and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to assess performance, provide coaching and support, and ensure compliance with company standards
• Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work with our Franchise Partners and store managers to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales and profitability
• Collaborate with other coaches and team members to develop training programs and materials
• Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Work closely with the marketing and finance teams to develop and implement sales and promotional strategies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Develop and implement operational procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the QSR industry, including management and coaching roles
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
