What You Need To Succeed

Provide over-the-phone/remote troubleshooting support to dealer technicians, assisting them in resolving technical issues and inquiries related to our products.

Assess machine pre-delivery inspection (PDI) requirements at the distributor and dealer level, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Mechanical background and knowledge on electric Class 1,2,3 industrial trucks is required.

Automotive and Heavy equipment experience

Lithium battery power systems experience an asset.

Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset

Experience working with mature students in a cross cultural environment

Provide assistance to students in all programs within the classroom(s) during subject areas specifically in mathematics and sciences

Participate in classroom initiatives such as but not limited to independent work periods, group work, study sessions and more.

Developing and presenting academic based content to support student success through workshops, presentations and /or lunch and learns and more.

Collaborate with both Learning Specialist(s) and Instructor(s) in providing assistance to students who may require a more in depth one-to-one support

Prepare sessions in conjunction with instructors to ensure students meet academic standards

Handling major incident management for all events that affect the availability of the Live Casino Service including but not limited to:

Execution of job duties requires secondary (higher, special etc.) education;

Strong written and oral knowledge of English;

Ability to follow procedures and fulfil tasks given by direct manager;

Ensuring that all tables are operational without interruptions;

Ensuring games results are completed and processed according to the correct procedures to guarantee integrity of games;
