As the Administrative & Coach Support Assistant, you will assist the Coaches with Administrative duties and provide
customer support. In addition to this some marketing & accounting support is required. You work extremely well
independently, take pride in your exceptional attention to detail, and are excited about your responsibilities and
contribution to the company.
This position is Monday - Friday, morning start time. We are looking for candidates located in the Greater Vancouver, BC, area.
Coaching Department Support:
- Handle Shipping of Equipment & oversee Inventory
- Data Entry as needed
- Review Salesboost Entry and check for accuracy
- Handle Royalty Rewards® Wizard Requests
- Review Data Entry for new accounts
- Handle Cases & Answer Support Emails
- Log In and answer/direct incoming Chats
- Create Email on Demand Content for Coaches
Marketing Support
- Help with VIP report assembly and shipping to live events
- Book Coaching Calls for Platinum Elite Members
- Assist with Travel Arrangements for Live Events as needed
Accounting Support
- Arrange Jumpstart Checks & Notify Coaches
- Generate Commission Reports
- Assist with delinquent account process
- Provide other basic account support as required
- Contact clients with expiring payment methods
- Reconcile monthly company credit card statement (collect, code, attach all receipts to monthly statement
- Send out ACH Confirmation Emails
- Contact clients with and reattempt declined payments

- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Must be able to maintain detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and resources
- Ability to deliver results in a fast‐paced dynamic environment, handle multiple priorities and problem‐solve
