The tasks of the project assistant position in Montreal downtown:
- Do the administrative follow-up of purchase orders;
- Establish and maintain filing systems for files, mail and other documents;
- Ensure compliance (reports, inspections, etc.) and transmit it.
- Participate in the preparation, production and presentation of documents;
- Perform other related duties.
- Enter delivery notes in the database;
- Produce spreadsheets and documents;
- Developed team spirit
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate discipline, structure and organization
- DEC in administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office platforms
- Relevant experience related to the administration of construction projects, an asset
