Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant PERMANENT
Location : Châteauguay
Field: Industrial
Presential
Schedule: 40 hours per week flexible, must be present between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
Salary: $45,000 to $48,000 depending on your experience

We are currently working with a Chateauguay-based company in the robotics field to fill its position of administrative assistant to operations.

Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant in Chateauguay, your tasks will mainly consist of :
  • Perform project openings in ERP and various technology tools;
  • All other related tasks.
  • Greet customers/suppliers, answer company phones and route calls;
  • Prepare project files for procurement and production;
  • Place office supply orders for the entire company;
  • Prepare reports for supplier invoice approval;
  • Manage travel reservations (hotels, flights, cars, etc.) for all employees' out of town trips, in accordance with established procedures and budgets;
  • Update the installation and commissioning schedule and follow up on work orders;
Qualifications
To apply, you must:
  • Be versatile, organized, proactive and enjoy teamwork;
  • Have the desire to learn and grow in your position.
  • Have approximately 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant position in a manufacturing environment ;
  • Have an advanced level of English as a minimum;
  • Have experience with an ERP system and mastery of the Office suite;
