Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to work ON-SITE in Windsor. This is a 4-month project, with a strong possibility of extension for a year.

• Taking whatever steps you need to understand the requirements of the job opportunity.

• Understanding the technical stack for that job.

• Managing the different queues in the ATS (i.e., applied, sourced, recruiter, etc.).

• Interviewing candidates in order to determine their suitability for the job.

• Documenting your findings.

• Using industry leading tools to hunt for passive candidates.

What you will bring 💡

• Strong business acumen and decision making skills

• Experience as a Technical Recruiter min 1 year

• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills

• Good creative problem solving skills

• Good collaboration and teamwork skills

• Technical proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and CRM systems
