Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative

We are a growing company and looking to add exceptional service dispatchers / customer service representatives to help us achieve profitable revenue.

To answer and direct incoming calls. Ensure that each customer contact is initiated in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintain customer database with current information. Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Assist in taking incoming customers calls and creating dispatch tickets as service calls are received. Process service invoices, timecards, and warranty parts returns. You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
  • Pay: $ 20.00 -26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web-Based Software Navigation
  • The ability to maintain real-time communication with service techs and management.
  • Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand
  • Proven track record of being a phone EXPERT.
  • Prior dispatching, project management, schedule coordinating experience preferred.
  • Ability to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it!
  • Focused attention to detail (you will have at least read this entire job posting!)
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
  • Ability to offer membership-based services
  • Experience with Service Titan software preferred.
  • Strong Communication and People Skills
  • 2+ years experience in customer service.
