Job Description
EquipmentShare is Hiring a Service Administrator
EquipmentShare is searching for a Service Administrator for our Service team. This is a remote position.
The Service Administrator will be tasked with working with the Service Project Manager and handling all service bulletin work orders to ensure we promptly complete the bulletins and relay that information to the OEMs. This position will report directly to the Service Project Manager and work with the Service Support Team. This person will help with all service-related projects to help fill gaps needed by both EquipmentShare and Customers utilizing ES systems. Must have knowledge of our equipment.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Data entry for service-related projects to improve the efficiency and quality of our service departments
  • Meet with the Service Support Team weekly to ensure system needs are met
  • Monitoring open service bulletin work orders to identify if there is an issue with parts or completing the safety campaigns
  • Work with Contractor Owned Service Support on customer-owned assets in the rental fleet
  • Compile resources through OEMs to help build the internal library of service, parts, and operator manuals
  • Work with the Service Support Team on smaller projects
  • Monitoring all closed service bulletin work orders to ensure they are under warranty
  • Monitor service bulletin revenue streams
  • Support the Service Project Manager in pulling reports to determine how bulletins are being completed

Skills & Qualifications
  • Dependable work history
  • Equipment rental industry or construction field knowledge strongly preferred
  • Ability to quickly educate themselves and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Strong project management skills
  • 3+ years of maintenance and service experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
