Randstad is hiring for a Customer Service Administrator for a client in Cambridge, ON. Typical duties include processing customers’ orders, day-to-day clerical duties and supporting all aspects of customer service. Strong data entry and customer service skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Process credits for return goods and/or price adjustments
• Providing day-to-day clerical and administrative support to other staff as directed
• Filing of customer invoices
• Enter incoming orders in the company's order entry system

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively with Sage accounting software
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bilingualism in French is an asset
• EDI an asset
• Strong customer service skills required
• Must have accurate data entry skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong communication and collection skills
