We're working with a leader in the HVAC/R distribution industry, who needs some help at their Kingston Location! As a customer service assistant you will be expected to be a team player, with top-notch customer service skills, and a great attitude! You will become an integral part of a busy team, and a large organization with locations across Canada, as well as the US!
Advantages
$22-$24/hour depending on experience
Monday to Friday, daytime schedule
Contract position, with the possibility of permanent
Parking on-site
Accessible by bus
Easy commute
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and walk-in inquiries
Quote prices to customers
Maintain showroom, including stocking shelves
Handle merchandise and inventory
Lend a hand when needed
Qualifications
Counter or inside sales experience in industrial environment
HVAC experience is a big asset
Outstanding Customer Service Skills Required
Team player attitude is required
Must be able to lift min 40lbs
Must be able to pass a background check
HVAC certification, or trainings is a BIG asset
