Your Role:


Interact with clients and deliver such exceptional attitude and service so that they go out and tell everybody about it

Run admin work with insurance company portals

Communicate with insurance companies (underwriters)

Recommend and advise on coverage, when necessary

Review policy renewals and coverage options

Provide best claims advice to clients - the most crucial stage to win a client for life


Requirements:


  • Speaking a second language is a plus
  • Work under pressure and still be able to smile
  • Ability to solve problems and find solutions
  • RIBO Licensed (life licensed is a bonus) - you don't have to be licensed at time of application
  • Strong communication, writing and speaking English
