Job Description

AMC Governance Solutions, a leading consulting firm serving customers across Canada and around the world, is looking for a conscientious, friendly, organized, self-motivated person with attention to detail to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact with our customers, before connecting them with a program advisor and then ensuring customers are successful with our products and services.

Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries from potential customers and existing customers.

Determine initial requirements before handing over to a program advisor.

Support internal and external stakeholders in managing projects.

Perform basic administrative duties.


Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with the latest technology and willing to learn new things and take on new tasks.
