Your Dream Opportunity

We are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional and effective customer service, be a customer advocate, continue to strive for excellence, put the customer first and embrace the customer centric nature of Ever New’s business. You will assist in educating and inspiring our Ever New customers, where they are left with a positive feeling including;


  • Keeping accurate customer records using the contact management tools provided
  • Focused on going the extra mile to resolve any customer query at the first point of contact.
  • The handling of customer queries from a variety of sources including, but not restricted to, email, web, telephone and social media.
  • The efficient and professional resolution of our store team member queries regarding all services offered.
  • Ensure efficient and effective output and the continuous improvement of the customer service function
  • Positively represent the brand and enthusiasm to uphold the visions and values of Forever New
  • Executing daily administrative tasks & reporting


The Skills and Experience You Offer Us

  • A Customer first attitude
  • The ability to think outside the box to find the right solution for complex customer queries.
  • Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to operate effectively in both a group situation and autonomously.
  • Positive, flexible demeanor, who demonstrates resilience when under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to converse in French and English will be highly regarded.
  • Computer literate with Word, Excel, Outlook, with ability to learn new systems efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines.
  • A working knowledge of Zendesk will be advantageous.
