Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Insurance)

We are currently looking for (13) Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Insurance) for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

• Training program: the training program will span 4-5 weeks, from Monday to Friday. Training sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After completing the training, you will work a rotational shift between 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. No work will be required on weekends.
• Salary of $21.02/h.
• 12-month contract with a strong potential of extension.
• Work-life balance: hybrid Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office
• Notice of at least 3 weeks for assigned work schedules.
• Full-time position, 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of customer service and addressing customer needs through inbound phone, email, online chat and at times outbound follow- up services, all pertaining to group plan insurance benefits.
• Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.

What you will need to succeed:

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly.
• Demonstrate strong customer service abilities, exhibit empathy towards customers, and be patient.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service.
• 6+ months work experience in a call center environment.
• Attention to detail is a crucial skill.
• Experience in industries such as technology or retail (an asset).
• Proficient in using computer systems.
• Must be able to multitask effectively.
