Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be part of a dynamic company dedicated to progressive global communications and superior customer support.

Customers come to Hay for internet, television, security, telephone and mobile services. You will need to learn the intricacies of each service.


A qualified candidate would be able to:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service with exceptional communication skills while ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.
  2. Be the voice of our brand: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will represent our company and its commitment to delivering seamless connectivity and superior service. Build strong relationships: Through active listening and personalized interactions, establish rapport with customers, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Collaborate for success: Work closely with our admin and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  4. You should have a college diploma in a business-related field and one to two years’ experience, have accurate data entry skills and an ease of learning and operating new software systems.


Hay Communications offers competitive pay with quick advancement for the successful candidate. We offer exceptional benefits and vacation days. We have three offices and require CSR’s to be flexible, moving from their

regular desk to other locations when needed. Also, you must be willing to work Saturday mornings in our Exeter office on a rotating basis.
