Customer Service Campaign Representative

Our clients rely on us to enhance their reputation, spread brand awareness, and deliver quality customers on a consistent basis. To keep up with client demand, we’re looking for additional Campaign Representatives to join our team this month!

This is an entry-level role encompassing customer service along with some marketing and occasional sales activities. Customer service experience is helpful, but we provide all necessary training and on-site support to ensure your success and that of the campaign as a whole.

Campaign Representative Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be helping a brand reach more of its target market in an effective and efficient manner. You’ll be working as part of a team to deliver a positive customer experience while promoting a brand’s products/services. Throughout your day you’ll be answering questions, offering advice, and providing general customer service.

Job Type: Full-Time / On-Site / Entry-Level

Office Location: Nova Scotia, CA

Salary: $31,600-42,000 (basic wage plus bonuses and incentives)

Requirements: Applicants must be 18+ and eligible to work in Canada. No specific work experience or educational qualifications are necessary, but all related experience and education will be taken into consideration.
