- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer support experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Exceptional active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems while assisting customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
