Customer Service Specialist / Full Time (Remote)

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed established customer service goals and targets.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
