Job Description

Position Summary:

The Service Technician position is a mid-level service position within the CFR Engines Inc. (CFR) Service team responsible for the following:

·Technically assisting Distributors, OEM's, and customers in troubleshooting and failure analysis.

·Managing all aspects of Service repairs to meet the customer’s satisfaction.

·Actively liaising with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain and effectively communicating service issues, trends, and opportunities.
